We are not Batery customer care. Izaro News is an independent guide. We cannot help with deposits, withdrawals, logins, verification, bonuses or accounts, because we have no access to any of them. Batery has no phone helpline, so any number claiming to be its customer care should be treated as a scam. The genuine support channels are listed on our helpline number page.
What to write to us about
- Corrections: a fact on one of our pages is wrong or out of date. Send the page address, what is wrong and, if possible, a public source for the correct information.
- Editorial questions: how we reached a conclusion or a score, or which sources we used. Our approach is set out on how we research and in our editorial policy.
- Business enquiries: commercial and partnership matters.
What not to send
Please do not send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, identity documents, payment screenshots or account details. We cannot use them, and you should share them with no one outside the operator's own support channels.
If you have a payment or account problem
Contact the operator's support directly. Our guides on a deposit that was not credited and on withdrawal time explain what to prepare before you do. If you think you have been defrauded, call the national cyber fraud helpline on 1930 and your bank straight away.
Replies
We read every message. Correction requests are checked against sources and confirmed errors are fixed. We may not reply to messages about individual accounts, since we are unable to act on them.
