Quick answer
- Battery Bet (Batery) publishes no phone, WhatsApp or customer care number for India. Any number you find online claiming to be one should be treated as a scam.
- The genuine support channels are 24/7 live chat on the site and in the app, email at support@batery.in and Telegram @batery_in.
- Before contacting anyone, find the UTR or transaction reference number in your UPI app. Without it, support cannot locate the payment.
- If the status in your UPI app says failed, the money normally comes back from your bank on its own, often within a few working days. Confirm the exact window with your bank.
- If the status says success and the balance has not moved, the issue sits with the operator or its payment partner, and only they can credit it.
- Izaro News is an independent guide. We cannot see accounts, trace payments or speed up a credit.

This guide is written for the moment when money has left your bank account and your Battery Bet balance has not changed. It explains how the payment actually moves, where it tends to break, what each status means, and what to do in the first half hour, the first day and the first three days.
We work from public sources: reviewer write-ups, the operator's stated terms and Indian legislation. We have not deposited, withdrawn or contacted support ourselves, and nothing here is a promise that a particular payment will be credited or returned.
Is there a Battery Bet contact number in India?
No. The operator does not publish a helpline, a toll-free line, a WhatsApp number or a call-back service for Indian players. People searching for a Battery Bet contact number in India are usually in a hurry because money is missing, and that urgency is exactly what fraudsters rely on.
The pattern is well known across Indian payments fraud. A number appears in a search result, a YouTube comment, a Telegram group or a business listing. The person who answers sounds helpful, confirms your "ticket", and then asks for an OTP, your UPI PIN, a screen-sharing app or a small "refund fee". None of those are ever needed to credit a deposit.
The channels that do exist
| Channel | Where to find it | Reported response | Best used for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Live chat | Inside the site and the app, after you log in | Available 24/7 in English, Hindi and Bengali | First report of a missing deposit, quick status checks |
| support@batery.in | Replies reported in 24 to 48 hours | A written record with attachments, formal complaints | |
| Telegram | @batery_in | Not stated in the sources we read | A second route if chat is slow. Check the handle letter by letter |
| Phone or WhatsApp | Not offered | Not applicable | Nothing. Treat any number as fake |
Telegram needs extra care. Impersonator accounts copy logos and use handles that differ by one character, an underscore or an added word such as "support" or "help". The genuine handle is the one above, and a real agent will not message you first to offer a refund.
Our separate page on the Battery Bet helpline and customer care number goes deeper into how fake numbers spread and how to check a channel before you trust it. If your issue is a payout rather than a deposit, the page on Battery Bet withdrawal time covers that side.
Note. Open live chat from inside your logged-in account, not from a link somebody sent you. A chat window on a look-alike site looks identical and exists only to collect your login and payment details. Our real or fake check explains how to recognise the genuine site by its licence footer and operator name.
How does a UPI deposit to Battery Bet actually travel?
Most deposit problems make sense once you see that a UPI payment is not one step. It is a relay with five or six handovers, and each party only sees its own leg. Your bank can confirm the money left. It cannot see your gaming balance. The operator can see its wallet ledger. It cannot see inside your bank.
The five handovers
| Hop | What happens | Typical failure | Who can see it |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Payer app | PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay or your bank app builds the request and asks for your UPI PIN | App timeout, weak network, wrong PIN, app-level limit | You, the app |
| 2. Payer bank | Your bank checks balance, limits and risk rules, then debits the account | Limit exceeded, bank server down, transaction declined by risk rules | You, your bank |
| 3. NPCI switch | The UPI network routes the message to the receiving bank and waits for a reply | Timeout between banks, which leaves the payment in a pending or "deemed" state | Both banks |
| 4. Beneficiary account | The receiving bank credits the account behind the UPI ID or QR, usually a payment aggregator or a third-party merchant account | ID expired or frozen, account at its own limit, credit returned | Receiving bank, the account holder |
| 5. Operator wallet | The payment partner tells the operator a payment arrived, and the operator matches it to your account and adds the balance | Notification never sent, amount or reference does not match the open request, request already expired | The payment partner, the operator |
Hops one to three are ordinary Indian banking and behave the same as paying a shop. Hops four and five are where offshore gaming differs. The name you see when you pay is frequently not "Batery" at all. Offshore gaming sites commonly collect through intermediaries, so the beneficiary can be an unrelated business name or an individual-looking account. We cannot see how this operator's collection is arranged, and it can change from one deposit to the next.
Why the last hop is the fragile one
When you press deposit, the cashier opens a payment request: a specific amount, a specific UPI ID or QR, and a time window. The matching at hop five depends on the incoming payment looking like that request. If you pay a different amount, pay after the window has closed, or pay an ID from an earlier session, the money can land in the beneficiary account with nothing to tie it to you.
That is the origin of the most stressful case, "debited but not credited". From the banking system's point of view the payment succeeded. From the operator's ledger it never happened. Somebody has to connect the two by hand, and the only thing that connects them is the reference number.
Legal position in India. The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 prohibits offering online money games and facilitating payments for them, and the Online Gaming Rules have been in force since April 2026. Batery holds a Curaçao gaming licence (number OGL/2024/107/0914, operator YouGMedia B.V.). The licence is issued in Curaçao, and Indian law on real-money gaming applies separately. In practice this means UPI or bank payments to offshore gaming merchants can fail, be reversed or be questioned by your bank, and no Indian ombudsman will mediate a dispute with the operator. Challenges to the Act were consolidated in the Supreme Court, so check the current status. This is general information, not legal advice.
Which kind of Battery Bet deposit problem do you have?
The fix depends entirely on the status your own UPI app shows for the transaction. Open the app's history, tap the payment and read the status line before doing anything else. The four states below need four different responses.
Debited but not credited
Your app says success, your bank shows the debit, and the Batery balance is unchanged. The money has reached a beneficiary account. This will not reverse on its own, because banking sees nothing wrong. Only the operator can credit it, using your reference number.
Failed and auto-reversed
Your app says failed, yet the bank balance dropped. The debit happened at your bank and the credit did not complete. Banks return these automatically, often within a few working days. Support at the operator has nothing to credit here.
Pending
The app shows pending or processing. The network has not yet received a final answer from the receiving side. It will resolve to success or failure. Paying again while it is pending is how people end up with two debits.
Paid to a wrong or expired ID
You paid a saved UPI ID, an old QR screenshot or details from a chat message. The payment succeeded, though it went to an account no longer linked to your open deposit request, or never linked to the operator at all.
How to tell them apart in under a minute
Ask two questions. First, what does the UPI app say: success, failed or pending? Second, where did the payment details come from: the live cashier screen in this session, or somewhere else? The first answer tells you whether the bank or the operator holds the next move. The second tells you whether the operator is even able to find the money.
A hypothetical example makes the difference concrete. Suppose you deposit ₹1,000 by scanning the QR shown in the cashier. The app spins, then shows failed, and your bank SMS shows a ₹1,000 debit. That is the reversal case, and the correct action is to wait and then speak to your bank. Suppose instead the app shows success with a reference number and the cashier still shows the request as unpaid after 30 minutes. That is the not-credited case, and the correct action is live chat with the reference.
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do | Typical wait |
|---|---|---|---|
| App says success, balance unchanged | Payment notification not matched to your account at the operator's side | Send UTR, amount, time and account ID through live chat, then email | Minutes to a few days, by public reports. No stated guarantee |
| App says failed, money debited | Debit completed, credit leg did not | Do not pay again from the same request. Wait for the bank reversal, then raise it in the UPI app | Often a few working days. Confirm with your bank |
| App says pending for a long time | Timeout between banks or at the receiving bank | Wait for a final status before retrying. Note the reference | Usually resolves within hours, sometimes into the next working day |
| Payment declined before debit | Bank or app limit, risk rule, or the bank blocking the merchant | Check limits, try a different method shown in the cashier, or stop | None. No money moved |
| Cashier rejects the amount | Below the minimum or above the per-transaction maximum | Read the limits on the cashier screen and adjust | None |
| Success shown, paid to a saved ID | Payment details had rotated. The ID no longer maps to your request | Tell support exactly which ID you paid and where you got it | Uncertain. Recovery is not assured |
| Credited, though with no bonus | Bonus not selected before paying, or deposit below the bonus minimum | Ask support before placing any bet. Bonuses are rarely added afterwards | Same day by chat, if at all |
| Crypto sent, nothing shows | Wrong network, too few confirmations, or a missing memo | Check the transaction hash on a block explorer, then send it to support | Minutes to hours for confirmations. Wrong-network cases may be unrecoverable |
| "Agent" asks for a fee to release it | Fraud | Stop, pay nothing, call your bank and 1930 | Act immediately |
Why do Battery Bet deposits fail before the money leaves?
A large share of deposit trouble never becomes a missing-money case. The payment is simply refused. These are the less worrying failures, and each has a mechanical cause.
Minimum deposit not met
Reviewers report a minimum of ₹300 for UPI, Paytm and PhonePe, while another source lists ₹500 for PhonePe, ₹400 for Bitcoin and ₹3,000 for Ethereum. The figures conflict, so the cashier screen in your own account is the only reliable source. A bonus can carry its own, higher minimum, which is why a deposit can be accepted and still not trigger the offer.
Limits exceeded on either side
Three separate limits apply at once: the operator's maximum per transaction, your UPI app's limit and your bank's daily limit. Reported operator maximums for UPI range from ₹30,000 to ₹1,00,000 depending on the source and the payment route. Your bank may also cap new payees or the number of UPI payments in a day, and a recently reset UPI PIN or a new phone can trigger a temporary lower limit.
Your bank or UPI app blocks the payment
Banks and payment apps run risk rules on the beneficiary, not only on you. If the receiving account has been flagged, or the bank's systems associate it with gaming, the payment can be declined outright with a vague message such as "transaction declined by bank" or "beneficiary bank not available". Under the 2025 Act, facilitating payments for online money games is prohibited, which gives banks and apps a strong reason to refuse rather than investigate.
Repeated attempts do not help. Several declined tries in a few minutes can lead a bank to restrict UPI on the account for a period or to call you about the activity. If a method is refused twice, treat that as an answer.
Name mismatch
Offshore sites normally expect deposits from an account in the same name as the player profile, because withdrawals go back to the method and name used to deposit. Paying from a spouse's, parent's or friend's UPI may go through at the bank and then be held at the operator, or create a problem weeks later at KYC verification. It is one of the most avoidable causes of a frozen balance.
Deposit made during bonus selection
Only one welcome track can be activated, sports or casino, and the choice is made around the first deposit. If you pay while the selection step is half finished, skip it, or deposit below the offer's minimum, the money can arrive as plain cash with no bonus attached. Whether support will add it afterwards is at their discretion. Our bonus terms guide explains why a missed bonus is not always a loss.
| Method | Reported minimum | Reported maximum | Reported speed | Main risk |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| UPI (any app) | ₹300 | ₹30,000 to ₹1,00,000, sources differ | Described as instant | Rotating IDs, bank declines |
| PhonePe | ₹300 in one source, ₹500 in another | Not consistently stated | Described as instant | App-side blocks on the merchant |
| Paytm | ₹300 | Not consistently stated | Described as instant | Same as UPI |
| Google Pay | Not separately stated | Not separately stated | Described as instant | Same as UPI |
| IMPS or bank transfer | Not separately stated | Not separately stated | Not stated | Manual details, easy to mistype |
| AstroPay | Not separately stated | Not separately stated | Not stated | Extra account and extra step |
| Bitcoin | ₹400 equivalent | Not stated | Depends on confirmations | Irreversible if sent wrongly |
| Ethereum | ₹3,000 equivalent | Not stated | Depends on confirmations | Network fees, wrong network |
| USDT | Not separately stated | Not stated | Depends on network | Several networks share one coin name |
The operator is reported to charge no deposit fee. Your bank, wallet or crypto exchange may still charge its own. Where a cell says "not stated", we found no figure in our sources and have not guessed one.
If you decide to deposit, open the cashier from inside your own logged-in account and use only the payment details shown there for that session.
18+ only. Terms apply. Real-money play carries financial risk and may be restricted where you live. Why do payment details rotate, and why is a saved UPI ID risky?
Regular players notice that the UPI ID or QR code changes between deposits. This is not a glitch. Collection accounts used for offshore gaming have short working lives: they hit volume limits, get flagged by banks, or are withdrawn by the intermediary. The cashier therefore issues fresh details for each request and expires them after a short window.
The danger follows directly. An ID that worked on Monday may by Friday be frozen, closed or reassigned. If you saved it as a payee, or kept a screenshot of the QR, and you pay it outside a live cashier request, there are three possible outcomes. The payment bounces, which is the lucky one. The payment lands in an account still held by the intermediary and can be traced with effort. Or it lands in an account nobody connected to the operator controls any longer.
Three rules that follow from this
- Start every deposit from the cashier and pay the details generated in that session, inside the time shown.
- Pay the exact amount requested. Rounding ₹1,000 up to ₹1,050 can break automatic matching.
- Delete saved gaming payees from your UPI app so you cannot tap one from habit.
The same mechanism is what fraudsters exploit. Because genuine details change constantly and show unfamiliar names, a player has no easy way to tell a real collection account from a stranger's personal account. That is why the source of the details matters more than how they look.
What goes wrong with crypto deposits?
Crypto avoids Indian bank declines, and it removes every safety net at the same time. There is no reversal, no dispute button and no bank to call. Three errors account for most lost or delayed crypto deposits.
Wrong network
USDT exists on several blockchains, and the same coin name hides different, incompatible networks. If the cashier gives you an address on one network and your exchange sends on another, the coins leave your wallet and do not arrive in a form the operator's system recognises. Recovery depends on whether the recipient is willing and technically able to retrieve them, and is often impossible. Match the network name in the cashier and in your exchange's withdrawal screen word for word.
Confirmations
A crypto payment is credited only after the network has confirmed it a set number of times. During congestion, or if your wallet attached a low fee, that can take far longer than the few minutes people expect. A transaction that shows as unconfirmed on a block explorer is not lost. It is queued, and support can do nothing until it confirms.
Memo or tag, and amount
Some coins and some exchange-hosted addresses need a memo or destination tag alongside the address. Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT generally do not, though if the cashier displays one, it must be included exactly. Also check that the amount received, after your exchange deducts its withdrawal fee, still clears the minimum. Sending the ₹400 equivalent in Bitcoin and having a fee taken off the top can leave the deposit under the threshold.
Tip. For any crypto deposit, copy the transaction hash from your wallet or exchange as soon as you send. It plays the same role as a UTR: it is public proof of the sender, the recipient address, the network, the amount and the time, and it is the first thing support will ask for.
What should you do in the first 30 minutes, 24 hours and 72 hours?
Order matters more than speed. The commonest way a ₹1,000 problem becomes a ₹3,000 problem is paying again before the first payment has a final status.
- 0 to 30 minutes Do not retry. Open your UPI app, read the status and copy the UTR or reference number. Screenshot the app's transaction page and the cashier screen. Refresh the Batery balance and check the deposit history once. If the status is success and nothing has arrived, open live chat from inside your account.
- 30 minutes to 24 hours If chat has not resolved it, send the same details by email to support@batery.in so there is a written record with a timestamp. If the status was failed or pending, check your bank statement for a reversal entry rather than chasing support. Keep the money in your betting plan at zero until it shows in the balance.
- 24 to 72 hours Reply on the same email thread, quoting any ticket number, and ask for a named status: located, not located or under review. If the UPI status was failed and no reversal has appeared, raise the transaction as an issue inside your UPI app and with your bank. Reviewers mention raising complaints with support within five days of the event.
- After 72 hours If support cannot locate a successful payment, ask in writing what further proof they need. The remaining routes are the contact form of the Curaçao licence holder (YouGMedia B.V., licence OGL/2024/107/0914) and, as a last resort, a factual public review. No Indian regulator will mediate.
These windows are our editorial suggestion for pacing, based on how payments settle and on reported support response times. They are not a service level the operator has committed to.
What evidence should you send Battery Bet support?
Support agents handling a missing deposit are searching a payment partner's records for one line. Every detail you supply narrows the search, and the reference number does most of the work. A message that says only "my deposit is not showing" tends to produce a generic reply asking for exactly those details.
| Item | Where to find it | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| UTR or transaction reference number | Transaction details in your UPI app, or the bank SMS and statement | The one identifier both banks and the payment partner share |
| Exact amount | UPI app | Matches the payment to the open request |
| Date and time in IST | UPI app | Narrows the search to a few minutes |
| UPI ID or name you paid | UPI app, under "paid to" | Shows which collection account received it |
| Screenshot of the success page | UPI app | Shows status, reference and beneficiary together |
| Your Batery account ID | Profile section of your account | Tells them where to credit |
| Method and app used | Your memory, UPI app | Different methods route through different partners |
Never include your UPI PIN, an OTP, your full card number, your net-banking password or your Batery password. No genuine agent needs any of them to trace a payment.
Message template you can copy. Hello. I made a deposit that has not been credited to my account. Account ID: [your ID]. Method: [UPI app or bank]. Amount: ₹[amount]. Date and time: [date, time, IST]. UTR or transaction reference: [number]. Paid to: [UPI ID or name shown]. Status in my payment app: [success, failed or pending]. A screenshot of the transaction is attached. Please confirm whether this payment has been located and when it will be credited, and share a ticket number for this request.
Send it through live chat first
Paste the template with your details filled in and attach the screenshot. Ask for a ticket or reference number before the chat ends, and save the transcript or screenshot it.
Repeat it by email the same day
Email support@batery.in from the address registered on your account, with the same text and attachments. Put the UTR in the subject line so the thread is easy to find later.
Follow up on one thread
Reply to your own email rather than starting new ones. Several parallel tickets for one payment tend to slow things down, because each is picked up by a different agent.
Escalate in writing if it stalls
State the dates you contacted support, the ticket number and the outcome you are asking for. Keep the tone factual. A clear timeline is more persuasive than an angry one.
How do you raise it with your bank or UPI app?
Your bank is the right party when the UPI status is failed or pending and the debit has not come back. It is the wrong party, and largely powerless, when the status is success and you authorised the payment yourself.
Failed or pending with a debit
Open the transaction in your UPI app and use its help or "report an issue" option, which logs the complaint against that reference. If the money has not returned after the period your bank quotes, contact the bank through its app, branch or the customer care number printed on your debit card or passbook, never a number from a search result. Quote the UTR, amount and date. A complaint about how the bank handled a failed transaction can be taken further within Indian banking channels, and that route concerns the bank's conduct only, not the gaming operator.
Success, though not credited by the operator
Here the bank did its job: you instructed a payment and it was delivered. A bank will generally not pull back an authorised, completed UPI payment because the recipient failed to provide a service. Be truthful if you speak to them. Describing a payment you made yourself as unauthorised is a false statement, and banks may ask what the payment was for.
That is the uncomfortable core of depositing at an offshore site from India. For an authorised payment that reached the beneficiary, your practical recourse is the operator's own support desk, with no Indian ombudsman behind it.
When is it fraud instead of a deposit problem?
A genuine deposit problem involves waiting and paperwork. Fraud involves somebody asking you to do something. That difference is the quickest test available.
Signs you are dealing with a scam
- A "customer care" number found on Google, YouTube, Telegram or a listings site.
- An "agent" who contacts you first, often minutes after you post a complaint in a public group.
- Requests for an OTP, UPI PIN, card details or a "verification" payment of ₹1 or ₹10.
- A request to install AnyDesk or another screen-sharing app so they can "check the transaction".
- A "refund fee", "tax" or "unlock charge" to release the deposit.
- Instructions to deposit through a personal account or an agent who promises a better rate or bonus.
Never pay agents or personal accounts. Deposits belong in the cashier of your own logged-in account and nowhere else. Money sent to a person who says they will "top up your ID" is outside the operator's system entirely, and support cannot credit or recover it.
What to do if you have already shared details or paid
Call your bank immediately
Use the number on your card or the bank's own app. Ask them to block UPI and the card, and to register a fraud dispute for the specific transactions. Speed matters, because funds are moved on quickly.
Call 1930 and file online
1930 is the national cybercrime helpline. Also file a report at cybercrime.gov.in with the transaction references, the phone numbers and handles involved, and your screenshots.
Lock down the phone and accounts
Uninstall any screen-sharing app, change your UPI PIN, and change the passwords for your email and your Batery account. If you installed an app from a link the caller sent, treat the phone as compromised until it has been checked.
Ignore the "recovery" follow-up
Victims are often contacted again by someone offering to recover the lost money for a fee. That is the second stage of the same fraud.
The same caution applies to software. A fake app can capture your login and redirect deposits, which is why our APK guide sets out how to check a download before installing it.
How reliable are Battery Bet deposits, on the public evidence?
The scores below are editorial judgements out of five, reasoned from reviewer reports. They are not measurements, and we did not test any payment.
Deposit speed scores 3.5 because reviewers describe deposits as instant, with half a point held back because a UPI payment crosses several systems and can sit pending or be declined by a bank. Method choice scores 4: UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, bank transfer, AstroPay and three cryptocurrencies cover most Indian players, though availability can shift as payment routes are blocked. Deposit cost and minimum scores 4 because the operator is reported to charge no deposit fee and the reported UPI minimum is ₹300, with a point held back because sources disagree on minimums for PhonePe and crypto. Support reachability scores 3: chat is reported as 24/7 in three languages, and there is no phone line at all.
What works
- Familiar Indian methods, with a low reported minimum of around ₹300.
- No operator fee on deposits, according to reviewers.
- Live chat reported as available at all hours in English, Hindi and Bengali.
- Email gives a written trail for disputes.
What to watch
- A successful payment that is not matched automatically has to be traced by support, using your UTR.
- No phone line, which leaves a gap that fake numbers fill.
- Rotating payment details make old IDs dangerous.
- Payments can be declined or reversed under Indian law, with no local dispute body.
How can you prevent the next deposit problem?
Most of the failures described above are avoidable with a short routine before you pay. Run through it each time, not only the first.
One further habit helps: make a first deposit with any new method at the minimum. If something goes wrong, you learn how the route behaves with ₹300 at stake and not ₹30,000.
How should a deposit problem change the way you play?
A missing deposit creates a specific kind of pressure. The money feels half spent already, and the instinct is to send more so the session can start. That is the point at which a budget tends to break, so decide the rule in advance: a failed or missing deposit ends the session for the day, and its amount still counts against your limit.
Treat every deposit as money you may not see again, for two separate reasons. The house edge means players lose over the long run, and a payment to an offshore operator has no Indian consumer protection behind it. Deposit limits, time limits and self-exclusion can be requested through support, and our responsible gaming page describes how to use them.
If chasing a payment is causing real distress, or you find yourself depositing to recover losses, Tele-MANAS on 14416 is a free, confidential government mental-health line open 24/7. Real-money play is for adults aged 18 and over only.
Depositing is optional and carries the risks described on this page. If you still wish to proceed, the button below opens Batery.
18+ only. Terms apply. Real-money play carries financial risk and may be restricted where you live.Frequently asked questions
What is the Battery Bet contact number in India?
There is none. The operator does not publish a phone, toll-free, WhatsApp or call-back number for India. The real channels are live chat inside the site and app, email at support@batery.in and Telegram @batery_in. Any number shown in search results, video comments or listings as Batery customer care was not published by the operator and should be treated as a scam.
My money was debited but my Battery Bet balance is unchanged. What now?
Check the status in your UPI app first. If it says success, copy the UTR or transaction reference and send it with the amount, time, account ID and a screenshot through live chat, then by email. If it says failed or pending, the operator has nothing to credit and the next step is to wait for your bank's reversal. Do not pay again until the first payment has a final status.
How long does a failed UPI deposit take to come back?
When a UPI payment fails after the debit, banks normally return the money automatically, often within a few working days. The exact window depends on your bank and on how the failure occurred, so confirm it with them. If nothing has come back after the period your bank quotes, raise the transaction inside your UPI app and with the bank, quoting the reference number.
What is a UTR number and where do I find it?
A UTR is the unique transaction reference attached to a bank payment. For a UPI payment, it appears in the transaction details of your payment app, usually labelled as UTR, UPI reference or transaction ID, and often in the bank SMS and statement too. It is the one identifier that your bank, the receiving bank and a payment partner can all search for, which makes it the key piece of evidence.
Why did my bank decline a deposit to Battery Bet?
Common reasons are a daily or per-transaction limit, a temporary restriction after a PIN reset or device change, or the bank's risk rules refusing the receiving account. Indian law prohibits facilitating payments for online money games, so banks and UPI apps may block such merchants outright. Repeated attempts will not change the result and can lead to further restrictions on your account.
Can I reuse a UPI ID that worked for an earlier deposit?
You should not. Collection details rotate, and an ID that worked last week may be closed, frozen or no longer linked to the operator. A payment to it may succeed at the bank and still never be matched to your account. Start each deposit from the cashier and pay only the details generated in that session, in the exact amount shown.
What is the minimum deposit at Battery Bet?
Sources conflict. One reviewer reports ₹300 for UPI, Paytm and PhonePe. Another lists ₹500 for PhonePe, ₹400 for Bitcoin and ₹3,000 for Ethereum. Reported UPI maximums range from ₹30,000 to ₹1,00,000 per transaction. Limits can change by method and route, so rely on the figures displayed in your own cashier at the time you deposit.
Can my bank reverse a successful deposit that was not credited?
Generally not. If you authorised the payment and it reached the beneficiary account, the bank regards the transaction as complete. Crediting your gaming balance is the operator's responsibility. You can ask the bank for advice, and you should describe the payment truthfully. An authorised payment should not be reported as unauthorised.
I sent USDT on the wrong network. Can it be recovered?
Possibly not. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed, and coins sent on a network the receiving system does not support may be unrecoverable. Send the transaction hash, the network you used, the address and the amount to support and ask whether retrieval is possible. Do not pay anyone who offers recovery for a fee, as that is a common follow-on scam.
Someone on Telegram says they are a Batery agent and can fix my deposit. Is that real?
Treat it as fraud. Genuine support does not message you first, does not ask for an OTP, UPI PIN or screen-sharing app, and does not charge a fee to release a deposit. The genuine Telegram handle is @batery_in. If you have shared details or paid, call your bank at once, then call 1930 and report at cybercrime.gov.in.
Can Izaro News trace my payment or contact Batery for me?
No. We are an independent guide and not the operator. We cannot see accounts, look up transactions, credit balances or escalate tickets, and we will never ask for your login, OTP or payment details. Only the operator's support desk and your own bank can act on a specific payment.
How long should I wait before escalating a missing deposit?
Report a successful but uncredited payment through live chat within the first half hour, and follow up by email the same day. If there is no clear answer after about 72 hours, ask in writing what further proof is needed. Reviewers mention raising complaints within five days of the event. Beyond support, the options are the Curaçao licence holder's contact form and a factual public review.
Our bottom line
A Battery Bet deposit problem is solvable more often than not when the UPI status is failed or pending, because the banking system returns the money by itself. The hard case is a successful payment the operator has not credited. There, everything depends on the reference number, a clear written request and the operator's own support desk, with no phone line and no Indian regulator to fall back on.
So deposit small, pay only what the live cashier shows, keep your evidence, and never hand money or codes to anyone calling themselves an agent.
