Quick answer
- Battery Bet (Batery) has no helpline number, no customer care number, no toll-free line and no WhatsApp support. This is true for India and for every other market we could find information on.
- The genuine channels are live chat on the site and in the app (24/7, in English, Hindi and Bengali), email at support@batery.in, and the Telegram account @batery_in. The Instagram account batery_bet is for news, not for account problems.
- A phone number found in a search ad, a map listing, a YouTube comment, a Telegram group or a social media reply is not published by the operator. Treat it as a fraud attempt, however convincing the person sounds.
- No genuine agent needs your OTP, your UPI PIN, your password, a screen-sharing app on your phone, or a fee before a refund. Any one of these requests ends the conversation.
- If you have already called such a number, ring your bank first, then the national cybercrime helpline 1930, then file a report at cybercrime.gov.in.
- Izaro News is an independent guide. We are not Batery support, we cannot see accounts and we cannot move money.
- Phone or helpline number
- None published by the operator
- WhatsApp customer care
- None published by the operator
- Live chat
- 24/7 on site and in app; English, Hindi, Bengali
- support@batery.in; replies reported in 24–48 hours
- Telegram and Instagram
- @batery_in and batery_bet; news channels, not for account details
- If you were defrauded
- Your bank, then 1930, then cybercrime.gov.in
Is there a Battery Bet helpline number in India?
No. We went through the independent reviews that list the operator's contact details, including a review dedicated to contacts and complaints, and none of them records a phone line. What they record is a live chat, one email address and two social accounts. That is the complete list.
This matters because the search itself is risky. Someone whose deposit has not arrived, or whose withdrawal has sat pending for two days, is anxious and wants a human voice. Fraudsters know this, and they place phone numbers exactly where an anxious person will look. A search for a Battery Bet customer care number is, in practice, a search that leads to people pretending to be the operator.
So the honest answer has two parts. The first part is short: there is nothing to dial. The second part is longer and more useful: how to get a real problem in front of real support staff, how to write to them so the case moves, how far you can escalate, and how to recognise the impostors along the way. The rest of this page is that second part.
What we are and what we are not
Izaro News is an independent publication. We are not Batery, we are not its support desk, and nobody here can open your account, credit a deposit, release a withdrawal or unlock a profile. If you email us about a missing payment we can only point you back to the channels below.
We also did not contact Batery support ourselves to time its replies. Everything on this page comes from desk research: independent reviews of the operator, and Indian legal and government sources. Where reviewers disagree or the record is thin, we say so. Our approach is described on the how we research page.
Warning. If a page, a message or a caller gives you a "Battery Bet contact number India" and asks you to ring it, you are not dealing with the operator. The operator's own contact list has no phone number in it, so no genuine number exists for anyone to pass on.
The real Battery Bet customer care channels
Four contact points appear in public sources. Two of them handle account problems. Two of them are broadcast channels where the operator posts news and where you should never discuss your account.
| Channel | Where to find it | Hours and languages | Use it for | Do not use it for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Live chat | Inside the operator's site and app, after you have opened them yourself | 24/7; English, Hindi, Bengali | First contact on any issue, quick status checks, limit and self-exclusion requests | Long disputes that need a paper trail on their own |
| support@batery.in | Replies reported in 24–48 hours | Anything needing evidence, documents or a written record; formal complaints | Urgent security problems where minutes matter | |
| Telegram | @batery_in | Channel posts; no stated support hours | News, promotions, announcements about site access | Sharing account IDs, documents, payment references or passwords |
| batery_bet | Posts and stories; no stated support hours | Brand news | Any account matter; replying to people who message you first | |
| Phone, toll-free, WhatsApp | Not offered | Not applicable | Nothing | Everything; a number claiming this role is not the operator's |
Live chat is the front door
Live chat is the only channel where the operator states round-the-clock availability, and it is the only one that sits inside your logged-in session. That second point is the important one. When you open chat from within your own account, the agent can already see who you are, so there is no reason for them to ask for a password or an OTP to "verify" you.
It also means the chat is hard to impersonate, provided you reached the site by your usual route. A scammer can buy an advert or create a Telegram profile. Planting a chat window inside the genuine site is a different matter. The weak point is the site itself: if you landed on a look-alike page, its chat window belongs to whoever built the look-alike. Our guide to telling the real Batery from a fake covers how to check.
Email is the record
The address reviewers list is support@batery.in. Replies are reported to take 24 to 48 hours, which is slow for an emergency and perfectly adequate for a dispute. Email earns its place because it creates a dated, written record that you control, which chat transcripts do not always give you.
Check the address character by character before sending. Impostor addresses tend to differ by one letter, an extra word such as "help" or "care", or a free webmail domain. If a reply arrives from any address other than the one you wrote to, treat it with suspicion.
Telegram and Instagram are for news
The Telegram account @batery_in and the Instagram account batery_bet are broadcast channels. They are useful for one thing in a support context: learning whether a wider issue, such as a site address change or a payment route being down, has been announced.
Both platforms are full of impersonators. Anyone can create an account with a similar handle, the same logo and a name like "Batery Support India". The pattern to remember is direction of contact. A genuine brand channel posts publicly. It does not send you a private message offering to fix your withdrawal. If "support" messages you first, on any platform, it is not support.
Tip. Never post your account ID, registered phone number, UTR or screenshots of your cashier in a public comment or group. Scammers read those threads and then contact the people who posted, already knowing the amount and the problem. It makes their story sound very convincing.
Legal position in India. Batery is a licensed operator: it holds Curaçao gaming licence OGL/2024/107/0914, issued to YouGMedia B.V. That licence is issued in Curaçao. Batery holds no licence from any Indian authority, and Indian law on real-money gaming applies separately. The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 prohibits offering online money games, advertising them and facilitating payments for them, and the rules under it have been in force since April 2026. The penalties are aimed at providers rather than individual players, and challenges to the Act are before the Supreme Court, so check the current status. For this page the practical point is simple: no Indian regulator or ombudsman will mediate a support dispute with an offshore operator. This is general information, not legal advice.
Why Battery Bet has no customer care number to call
The absence of a phone line is not unusual for an offshore betting site, and it says nothing about whether the operator is genuine. Batery is a real, licensed operator that holds Curaçao licence OGL/2024/107/0914, issued to YouGMedia B.V. The missing phone line is, however, a real limitation, and it helps to understand the reasons behind it.
Cost and staffing across time zones
A chat agent can handle several conversations at once, pasting prepared answers and looking up accounts in between. A phone agent handles one caller at a time. For an operator serving India, Bangladesh and other markets in at least three languages around the clock, voice support multiplies the headcount needed for the same number of customers.
Legal exposure in the markets served
A local phone number requires a local telecom relationship, and often a local entity to hold it. An operator that is not licensed in India, and whose product is restricted by Indian law, has an obvious reason not to maintain a registered Indian phone presence. Text channels hosted elsewhere avoid that problem.
Records and identity
Chat and email leave a transcript that both sides can refer to. A phone call does not, unless it is recorded and stored. Operators also find it easier to confirm identity inside a logged-in chat than over a voice line, where the caller could be anyone who knows your phone number.
What this means for you
It means slower, more scripted help than a bank or a telecom provider gives you. It also means that every contact you make will be in writing, which is to your advantage if you keep copies. And it leaves a gap that fraudsters fill: people expect a customer care number to exist, so they believe the first one they find.
What works
- Live chat is stated as available 24/7, so there is always somewhere to start.
- Chat is offered in English, Hindi and Bengali.
- Email gives you a written, dated record for any later escalation.
- Limit and self-exclusion requests can be raised through the same channels.
- Text-only support means you never have to prove what was said on a call.
What to watch
- No phone, toll-free or WhatsApp line of any kind.
- Email replies are reported at 24–48 hours, too slow for urgent problems.
- No public source gives a dependable figure for how fast a human joins the chat.
- Escalation beyond the operator is weak: a Curaçao contact form and no Indian mediator.
- The lack of a phone line is the opening that fake helpline numbers exploit.
If you need Batery support, open the site through your usual route and use the chat inside your own account. The button below goes to the operator, not to a phone line.
18+ only. Terms apply. Real-money play carries financial risk and may be restricted where you live. How the fake Battery Bet customer care number scam works
Fake helpline fraud is not specific to betting. The same method is used against customers of banks, airlines, courier firms and e-commerce sites across India. Betting customers are an especially easy target for two reasons: there is no genuine number to compete with the fake one, and many victims hesitate to report a loss connected to a betting account.
Where the fake numbers are planted
The fraud starts with placement. The number has to be sitting where a worried customer will look, and it has to appear before anything trustworthy does.
Search adverts
Paid results appear above ordinary ones and can carry any headline the advertiser types, including "Battery Bet helpline number 24x7". The advert is bought, not earned, and a small "Sponsored" label is the only clue.
Map and directory listings
Business listings on maps and local directories can be created or edited by members of the public. A listing with a brand name, a logo and a mobile number looks official and costs nothing to make.
Video comments
Under videos about deposits or withdrawals, accounts post "I had the same problem, this number solved it". Several accounts then reply in agreement. They are usually the same person.
Telegram groups
Look-alike channels and "support admin" profiles copy the brand name and logo. Some groups exist only to collect people complaining about payments and then message them privately.
Social media replies
Post a complaint publicly and a "customer care executive" may reply within minutes, asking you to call or message a number. The direction of contact is the giveaway: genuine support waits for you to open the chat and does not chase you on social media.
Look-alike web pages
Whole pages are built around the phrase "customer care number", often on free blogging or document-sharing platforms, because those hosts rank well in search and are quick to set up.
The script, stage by stage
Once you call or message, the conversation follows a pattern. The details vary, but the sequence rarely does, and recognising the sequence is more reliable than judging whether the person sounds professional.
Reassurance and authority
The caller greets you with the brand name, gives a name and an "employee ID", and confirms that your problem is common and fixable. The purpose is to make you relax and to establish that they are the one in charge of the process.
Collecting your details
They ask for your registered mobile number, account ID, the amount stuck and the payment app you used. None of this is dangerous alone, but it lets them repeat your own facts back to you later as if they had looked them up.
Urgency
A deadline appears. The transaction will "expire in 15 minutes", the account will be "permanently blocked today", or the refund window is "closing". Urgency exists to stop you pausing, checking, or asking someone else.
The extraction
Now comes the request that actually takes the money. It is one of the five methods described below: an OTP, a UPI PIN, a collect request disguised as a refund, a screen-sharing app, or an advance fee.
The repeat
After the first loss they say the transaction "failed" or "went to a suspense account" and must be repeated to release everything together. Victims often lose several times the original amount at this stage, chasing the first loss.
The second scam
Days later a different person may call, claiming to be from a "cyber cell", a "recovery agency" or the operator's "fraud team", offering to get the money back for a charge. This is the same group, or someone who bought your number from them.
The five extraction methods and why each one works
The OTP. A one-time password is the bank's or the site's way of confirming that the person at the keyboard holds your phone. Read it out, and the person at the keyboard becomes you. Depending on which OTP it is, they can log in to your betting account, reset its password, add your card to their wallet or approve a payment.
The UPI PIN. Your UPI PIN authorises money leaving your account. It has no other function. You never enter it to receive money, to verify your identity or to "activate" a refund. A caller who needs your PIN, or who needs you to type it while they watch, is taking money.
The "refund" collect request. This one catches careful people. The caller says they are sending your refund and asks you to approve the notification in your UPI app. What arrives is a collect request: a request for you to pay them. The screen shows their name and the amount, and it asks for your PIN. Entering the PIN approves a payment out. Suppose you were promised a refund of ₹4,800. The request will be for ₹4,800, and approving it doubles your loss instead of reversing it.
Screen-sharing and remote-access apps. You are asked to install AnyDesk, TeamViewer or a similar app "so the technical team can fix the wallet". These are legitimate tools made for IT support. In the wrong hands they let a stranger watch your screen live, see OTPs as they arrive, read your banking app, and in some cases operate the phone. Everything you type from that moment is visible to them.
The advance fee. You are told the withdrawal is ready but a "processing charge", "GST", "TDS deposit" or "account upgrade fee" must be paid first, usually to a personal UPI ID. The fee is the scam. Once paid, a second fee appears. A real charge would be deducted from the balance being paid out, not collected separately in advance to a private account.
What a real agent asks for and what a scammer asks for
| Request | Genuine support, inside your logged-in chat or by email | Fake customer care |
|---|---|---|
| Account ID or registered email | Yes, to locate the account | Yes, to sound informed later |
| Transaction reference (UTR), amount, date and time | Yes, to trace a payment | Yes, as a warm-up |
| Screenshot of the payment receipt | Yes | Sometimes |
| Photo of ID for verification | Yes, through the site's own upload or the support email | Yes, to a personal WhatsApp or Telegram account |
| Account password | No | Yes |
| OTP sent to your phone | No | Yes |
| UPI PIN, card CVV or net banking password | No | Yes |
| Approve a UPI request to "receive" a refund | No | Yes |
| Install AnyDesk, TeamViewer or any screen-share app | No | Yes |
| Pay a fee to a personal UPI ID before a withdrawal | No | Yes |
| Move the conversation to a phone call or WhatsApp | No, no such channel exists | Yes, almost always |
| Act within minutes or lose the money | No | Yes |
The first four rows overlap, and that is the uncomfortable truth of this table. You cannot spot a scammer by the harmless questions. You spot them by the channel they use and by the first request from the lower rows. One such request is enough.
What to do if you already called a fake helpline number
If you are reading this after the call, do not spend time on embarrassment. These frauds are run by people who do it all day, and speed now matters more than anything else. Work through the steps in order. The first two are the ones with a clock on them.
End contact and stop paying
Hang up. Do not approve any further request, do not pay a "reversal fee", and do not answer calls back from the same people. Nothing they offer next will return the money.
Call your bank straight away
Use the number printed on your debit card or shown inside your banking app, not one from a search. Report the transactions as fraud, ask for the card, UPI and net banking to be blocked as needed, and ask for a dispute to be raised. Note the complaint number and the time of the call.
Call 1930
This is India's national cybercrime helpline for financial fraud. Give the transaction references, amounts, times and the number that called you. The earlier a report is made, the better the chance that funds can be traced before they are moved on.
File a written report at cybercrime.gov.in
Lodge a complaint on the national cybercrime reporting portal and attach your evidence: screenshots of the advert or listing, the phone number, chat messages, UPI IDs and bank SMS alerts. Keep the acknowledgement number.
Remove the remote-access app and review the phone
If you installed AnyDesk, TeamViewer or anything similar, uninstall it. Then check your phone's settings for apps with accessibility, device admin or screen-overlay permissions and remove any you do not recognise. If you gave a session code, assume the screen was watched for the whole session.
Change passwords from a clean device
Change the password of your Batery account, your email and your banking apps, starting with the email, because whoever controls the email can reset the rest. Change your UPI PIN. Use a device the caller never had access to if you can.
Tell the operator through the genuine chat
Open live chat from inside your account and say that your details were given to an impostor. Ask them to note it on the account and to tell you whether any login or withdrawal request was made that you did not make.
Watch for the follow-up
Expect a "recovery" call in the following days. Banks, the police and the cybercrime portal do not charge a fee to take or process a complaint. Anyone who asks for one is the next stage of the same fraud.
Note. We cannot tell you how likely a recovery is. It depends on how fast the report was made and where the money went. What is certain is that reporting within the first hours gives a better chance than reporting the next week, and that a report is worth making even for a small amount.
How to use Battery Bet live chat effectively
On betting sites of this type the chat launcher is usually a speech-bubble icon fixed to a bottom corner of the screen, or a "Support" or "Help" entry in the main menu or footer. Layouts change, so look for the icon instead of relying on a description. Open it only after you have logged in through your normal route.
Have these ready before you type
Getting past the bot to a person
Most chat systems open with an automated menu. Its job is to answer common questions without staff, so it will keep offering help articles for as long as you keep choosing menu options. Generic ways through are to pick the option closest to "other" or "my issue is not listed", to type "agent" or "human", or to state the problem with a transaction reference, which a script cannot resolve.
Once a person joins, put the whole case in the first message: who you are, what happened, the reference, and what you want. Agents handling several chats respond faster to a complete message than to "hello, are you there". Before closing, ask for a ticket or case number and what the next step is. If the agent says "wait 24 hours", ask them to confirm that in writing in the chat, then screenshot it.
If the answers go in circles, do not argue in chat for an hour. Say that you will follow up by email, quote the case number, and move to the channel that leaves a record.
How to write an email to support@batery.in that gets resolved
A support email is read by someone with a queue. The emails that move are the ones that can be actioned without a reply asking for more information, because every such reply costs you another 24 to 48 hours.
Structure
Use a subject line with the issue type, amount and date. Open with your account ID. Give the facts in date order, one per line. State the outcome you want. List the attachments. Keep it under 150 words and leave out anger, threats and the story of your week. Send it from the email address registered on the account, so that ownership is not in question.
Four short templates you can copy

Send identity documents only when support has asked for them and only to the genuine address or the site's own upload page. For the mechanics behind each case, see our guides to a deposit that has not arrived, withdrawal times and delays and login and account access.
How fast does Batery customer care reply, and what can it do?
- Live chat Stated as available 24/7. No public source gives a dependable figure for how long a human takes to join.
- Email Replies reported in 24–48 hours. Allow for more than one round.
- Verification One source says up to 24 hours, another about three days.
- Withdrawal processing Stated as up to 72 hours; one reviewer reports 3–6 hours as typical.
These are reported figures, not guarantees. We did not time any of them ourselves, and a case that needs documents or a second review will take longer than a simple status question.
These are editorial scores reasoned from public evidence, not test results. Channel availability gets 3.5 because a 24/7 chat and an email address exist, while everything else is a news feed. Phone support sits at the lowest score because there is none. Response speed gets 3: a 24/7 chat and email replies in 24 to 48 hours are ordinary for the sector, and no public source gives a chat pick-up time. Escalation options get 2. Batery is a licensed operator, so there is a named licence-holder, YouGMedia B.V., and a licence number, OGL/2024/107/0914, to quote beyond the support desk. But that route is a contact form with no formal player-complaint process, and no Indian body will mediate. Language coverage gets 4 for English, Hindi and Bengali in chat; nothing public confirms the same for email.
What support can and cannot do
| Support can | Support cannot or will not |
|---|---|
| Trace a deposit on the operator's side using a UTR | See inside your bank or reverse a debit your bank has made |
| Tell you the stage of a withdrawal and what is missing | Skip verification or pay to a method in another person's name |
| Explain why documents were rejected | Override a risk or security review on the spot |
| Set limits or close an account at your request | Waive bonus wagering because the terms were not read |
| Log a formal complaint | Recover money you sent to an impostor |
Which channel for which problem, and how to escalate
| Problem | Start with | Follow up with | Also consider |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deposit debited but not credited | Live chat with UTR | Email with receipt | Your bank, if the operator confirms non-receipt |
| Withdrawal pending | Live chat | Email once the stated 72 hours have passed | Escalation ladder below |
| KYC rejected or stuck | Live chat | Email with clear documents if requested | None |
| Cannot log in, OTP missing | Password reset, then chat | Email from the registered address | Check you are on the genuine site |
| Account locked or closed | Second email quoting the case number | Escalation ladder below | |
| Unauthorised transaction on your bank account | Your bank | 1930 and cybercrime.gov.in | Chat, to secure the account |
| Limits or self-exclusion | Live chat | Email for written confirmation | Tele-MANAS 14416 if you are struggling |
The escalation ladder
Support, promptly
Raise the issue in chat as soon as it happens and get a case number. Reviewers mention raising complaints within five days of the event, so do not let a problem sit.
Email with the case reference
Write to support@batery.in with the evidence and the chat reference, mark it as a formal complaint and ask for a written decision. Allow the reported 24–48 hours per reply.
The Curaçao licence-holder contact form
If the operator's answer is final and you disagree, the next step is the contact form linked to the Curaçao licence, quoting the operator name YouGMedia B.V. and licence number OGL/2024/107/0914. Attach the same evidence you sent to support, the operator's written decision and a one-paragraph summary of what you want. Keep expectations modest: Curaçao has no formal player-complaint process comparable to stricter jurisdictions.
Your bank and 1930, where fraud is involved
This step is for a different kind of problem. If money left your bank account without your approval, or you paid someone posing as support, the operator and the licensing body are the wrong addresses. Call your bank, then 1930, and file at cybercrime.gov.in. No Indian regulator mediates a service dispute with an offshore operator, but fraud is a crime and is handled as one.
Language, records and when to call your bank instead
Hindi and Bengali support
Live chat is listed in English, Hindi and Bengali, so start in the language you are most precise in. Keep account IDs, amounts, dates and UTRs in digits and Latin characters, since those must match system records exactly. If the reply comes back in English, a short plain-English summary of your request avoids misunderstanding.
Keeping records
Save every chat as screenshots with the time visible, keep emails in one folder, and note case numbers in one place. Record what you were told and when. A dispute with dates and references is taken more seriously by the operator, by your bank and by the police than one told from memory.
When the bank is the right call
Support handles what happens inside the betting account. Your bank handles what happens inside your bank account. Go to the bank first when money left without your approval, when you paid a fraudster, when a debit was made twice, or when the operator confirms it never received a payment that your statement shows as debited. Be truthful about what the payment was for. Banks may question payments to offshore gaming merchants, and such payments can fail or be reversed under current Indian rules.
Responsible play: asking support for limits or self-exclusion
The same chat that handles payment queries is the route for stepping back. Deposit limits, time limits and self-exclusion are requested through support, and the request should be unambiguous: state the limit or the exclusion period, ask for the date it takes effect, and ask for confirmation by email. If the first agent offers a bonus or a "cooling-off" alternative you did not ask for, repeat the request in the same words.
A warning sign worth noticing is the reason behind the search. If you wanted a helpline number at 2 am to speed up a withdrawal so that you could deposit again, or to recover losses, the payment is not the real problem. Every game carries a house edge, so longer play means a larger expected loss. Betting is for adults aged 18 and over only. Tele-MANAS on 14416 is a free government mental-health line open 24/7, and our responsible gaming page sets out the tools in more detail.
Batery support is reached from inside the site or app, by chat or email, never by phone. Use the button below only if you are 18 or over and understand the risks.

What is the Battery Bet helpline number?
There is none. Batery, the brand Indians often search for as Battery Bet, publishes no helpline, toll-free or landline number. The contact points listed in public sources are a 24/7 live chat on the site and in the app, the email address support@batery.in, and news accounts on Telegram and Instagram. Any phone number presented as the helpline was not published by the operator.
Is there a Battery Bet customer care number on WhatsApp?
No. The operator lists no WhatsApp number for customer care. Accounts on WhatsApp that use the Batery name and logo are created by third parties, and the usual aim is to obtain an OTP, a UPI PIN or an advance payment. If you have shared documents or codes with such an account, change your passwords and tell genuine support through the chat inside your account.
I found a Battery Bet contact number for India on Google. Is it real?
No. Search adverts can carry any headline an advertiser pays for, and map or directory listings can be created by anyone. Since the operator has no phone line, a number in a search result cannot be genuine, whatever the listing looks like. Do not call it. If you want to help others, use the platform's report option to flag the listing as fraudulent.
How do I contact Batery support the right way?
Log in through your usual route and open the live chat from inside the site or app. It is stated as available 24/7 in English, Hindi and Bengali. For anything that needs evidence or a written record, email support@batery.in from your registered address, quoting your account ID and any chat case number. Replies by email are reported to take 24 to 48 hours.
Will a real Batery agent ever ask for my OTP or UPI PIN?
No. An OTP proves that the person entering it holds your phone, and a UPI PIN authorises money leaving your bank account. Neither is needed to trace a deposit, check a withdrawal or verify identity inside a logged-in chat. A request for either one, or for your password, means you are talking to an impostor, and the conversation should end there.
Someone asked me to install AnyDesk to fix my withdrawal. Should I?
No. AnyDesk, TeamViewer and similar apps are genuine remote-support tools, but once a stranger has a session code they can watch your screen, read OTPs as they arrive and see your banking app. A betting withdrawal is processed on the operator's systems and needs nothing done on your phone. If you already installed one, uninstall it, change your passwords and UPI PIN, and call your bank.
I paid a fake customer care agent. What should I do first?
Call your bank on the number printed on your card or shown in the banking app, report the payment as fraud and ask for a dispute. Then call the national cybercrime helpline 1930 and file a written complaint at cybercrime.gov.in with screenshots, the phone number and the UPI IDs involved. Do this within hours if you can. Do not pay anyone who offers to recover the money.
Does Batery support speak Hindi or Bengali?
Public sources list live chat in English, Hindi and Bengali, matching the interface languages offered for India and Bangladesh. We found nothing that confirms which languages are handled by email, so if you write in Hindi or Bengali it is sensible to add a short English summary. Keep account IDs, amounts and transaction references in digits so they match the operator's records exactly.
How long does Batery take to answer an email?
Reviewers report replies in 24 to 48 hours. A dispute rarely closes in one reply, so plan for several days if documents or clarifications are requested. You shorten this by sending a complete first email: account ID, dates and times, amounts, transaction reference, screenshots and the outcome you want. Keep a dated record of every message in case you need to escalate.
Is Batery a licensed operator, and who do I name in a complaint?
Yes. Batery holds Curaçao gaming licence OGL/2024/107/0914, issued to YouGMedia B.V. Those are the two details to quote in a formal email to support and in the Curaçao licence-holder contact form. The same operator name and licence number appear in the footer of the genuine site, which is also a quick way to confirm you are not on a clone before you open its chat window.
Can Izaro News contact Batery or fix my account for me?
No. Izaro News is an independent guide written from public sources. We are not the operator or its support desk, we have no access to any account or payment system, and we have no special line to Batery staff. We will never ask for your login details, documents or money. The only people who can act on your account are the operator's own support team.
Can I complain to an Indian authority about Batery support?
Not about a service dispute. Batery holds a Curaçao licence and no Indian one, so no Indian regulator or ombudsman mediates between you and the operator. The route is support, then a formal email, then the Curaçao licence-holder contact form. Fraud is different: if someone impersonating support took your money, that is a cybercrime to report on 1930 and at cybercrime.gov.in.
Is the Telegram account a way to get support?
The account @batery_in is listed as the operator's Telegram presence and is useful for announcements. It is not a place to share account IDs, documents or payment references. Telegram has many look-alike profiles, and a common trick is a private message from a "support admin" after you post in a group. Genuine channels broadcast publicly and do not message you first about your withdrawal.
Our bottom line
There is no Battery Bet helpline number or customer care number to give you, and a page that offers one is doing you harm. Batery's support is text only: a 24/7 chat in English, Hindi and Bengali, and an email address with replies reported at 24 to 48 hours. That set-up is common among offshore operators, but it is a real limitation. Batery itself is a licensed operator, holding Curaçao licence OGL/2024/107/0914 issued to YouGMedia B.V., so the people to distrust are the impostors offering phone numbers in its name.
Go in with matching expectations. Use chat from inside your own account, move to email for anything that matters, keep every reference, and escalate in order. Give your OTP, PIN and password to nobody. If the problem is in your bank account, or you have paid an impostor, the bank and 1930 are the right calls, and they are real phone numbers.
