This policy sets out the rules the Izaro News editorial desk follows when it writes about Battery Bet (Batery). It covers who pays for the site, where our facts come from, how we score, how we correct mistakes and who we write for.
Independence
Izaro News is an independent publication. We are not owned or run by the operator of Batery, and the operator does not see, approve or edit our pages before they are published.
Funding and affiliate disclosure
The site is funded by a commercial link. The "Play Batery" button is an affiliate link: if a reader follows it and registers, we may earn a commission from the operator at no extra cost to the reader.
This is a conflict of interest, so we bind ourselves to the following.
- Commission never changes an editorial score, a verdict or the order of facts on a page.
- Negative facts are published. That includes conflicting terms, payment problems reported by independent reviewers and the legal restrictions in India.
- We do not issue our own promo code and we do not print other sites' codes.
- We never promise winnings or describe gambling as a way to earn money.
Sourcing rules
Every specific claim must trace back to a public source that a reader could check. Each guide ends with a list of the sources it relied on.
We attribute carefully. "The operator states" means the claim comes from the operator. "Reviewers report" means it comes from an independent review we have read. The full method is on how we research.
No invented material
We do not invent reviews, testimonials, user quotes, star ratings, statistics, expert names or first-hand test results. We also do not cite or describe scores from open user-review platforms. The samples are small and unverified, and anyone, including a competitor, can post there. The reasoning is on how we research.
When sources disagree
Sources on this brand often conflict, particularly on bonus size, minimum withdrawal and verification time. We do not pick the most flattering figure. We show the range, name which source says what, and tell the reader to confirm the live figure in their own cashier or account.
Editorial scores
Some pages carry editorial scores out of 5, in half-point steps. These are our judgement, not a user rating. Each score is reasoned from public evidence, and the page explains the reasoning in words beside the score.
We keep scores sober. Weak legal protection for Indian players and unclear or conflicting terms pull scores down, and marketing claims do not pull them up. The criteria are set out in the rubric on how we research.
Corrections
If you spot an error, write to contact@izaronews.com with the page address and, if you can, a source for the correct information.
- Confirmed factual errors are corrected on the page and the fact-check date is updated.
- A correction that changes the meaning of a page is noted on that page.
- We do not change an accurate statement because it is unwelcome to the brand.
Updates
Every page shows the date on which its facts were last checked. Terms, limits, bonuses and the law change. We revisit pages when we learn of a change and on a regular review. A page can still be out of date on the day you read it.
Authorship, AI and tools
Pages are written by the Izaro News editorial desk and published without individual bylines.
Drafts may be prepared with the assistance of AI tools. Every draft is checked against the sources by the desk before publication, and the desk is responsible for the published text. AI assistance is not used to generate reviews, quotes, ratings or test results, and it is not treated as a source.
Audience: adults only
Our content is for readers aged 18 and over. We do not write for minors. Our responsible gaming page lists help available in India.
Legal status in India
Legal position. Batery holds a Curaçao gaming licence (OGL/2024/107/0914, operator YouGMedia B.V.) and is not licensed by any Indian authority. The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 prohibits offering online money games in India, advertising them and facilitating payments for them. Its penalties are aimed at providers rather than individual players, but playing on an offshore site gives you no Indian consumer protection. This is general information, not legal advice.
We state this position wherever it is relevant, not only on this page. Readers are responsible for checking the law that applies to them, including the rules of their own state.
